Results

Moderate to severe wrinkles are temporarily reduced in appearance by blocking nerve impulses to muscles where the wrinkles show.

TECHNIQUE

Under the supervision of our medical director, a few tiny injections containing low doses of
Botox® cosmetic are directly applied to muscles that cause stubborn lines. A cooling pack may be applied prior to injection for numbing and comfort.

REQUIRED TIME

15 minutes

OPTIMUM NUMBER OF TREATMENTS

Roughly four times per year. Results can last up to four months. Continued treatments help continue the wrinkle-reduced appearance and effects can last longer between intervals. Once treatments are stopped, your former appearance will return.

WHAT TO EXPECT

No downtime. Discomfort is usually mild. People usually go right back to work or normal activity post-visit.

Some injection-associated events can occur in the first week, such as flu and headache symptoms and temporary drooping eyelid, or a bruise at the injection site. Less common side effects include redness and swelling at the injection site and muscle weakness.
