"I wanted to take this opportunity to tell you about my experience with your employee Shelley. Shelley is incredibly talented at what she does and I can only imagine what the future holds for her in your industry. I came to your clinic approximately 7 months ago after having gone to the same Medi Spa-aesthetician for over 10 years. Prior to that I had grown up seeing dermatologists with little to no improvement in my skin. After having been a client of Calidora for 7 months now, in the care of Shelley, I often wonder why it took me so long to make a change, a change that was much needed. When I came to Calidora it was with much trepidation-after all, I had seen the same aesthetician for 10 years. But, I knew they weren't getting the job done and I needed to make a change.
My experience with your clinic, because of Shelley's care, has been one of results and education. Shelley displays a general concern for the health of my skin and my all around health. She designs each treatment and customizes it based on what is going on with my skin at the time, this is a level of service that I have not received in such a long time but should be able to expect, don't you agree?! Furthermore, although Shelley is young (and this was quite concerning to me during my first 2 visits with her) she has displayed an level of maturity and professionalism that I wouldn't expect from someone as youthful as her. As a result of Shelley's care, my skin is healthier than it ever has been and I feel great about it.

"During my visits, Shelley talked w/ me about laser treatments and how that would help with broken capillaries and improve the appearance of my skin. I knew laser treatments would be much more expensive than the peels, but am so glad Shelley talked with me about them. Earlier this year, I decided to take the plunge and began seeing Lynn. My skin now looks even more amazing (which is a big deal for me to say), and I continue to see improvements after my five laser treatments, as Lynn explained that I would. Several times after having the laser treatment, I ran into a friend who told me how pretty I looked. I am sure it's because of my skin, and the laser treatments.
I no longer avoid mirrors and am, most days, happy with what I see when I look at myself in the mirror. It's such a big change from years ago, and I wish I would have had a Calidora to help me back then! Shelley and Lynn have been so amazing, and have helped me improve me, and my skin. Your staff is always welcoming and friendly, and helpful, too.
