Questions and Answers

Q:  I have three small children and a husband. Inevitably someone is sick when I have an appointment scheduled.  What is your cancellation policy?

A:  We know Calidora clients are busy people.  So, we ask for 24-hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment to avoid the $75 cancellation fee.  If we can schedule another client at that time period you will be rescheduled at no charge.

Q:  I can never get to an ATM for cash.  Can I pay for my treatments with my debit card?

A:  We accept all major forms of payment: cash, American Express, all forms of Visa and MasterCard credit and debit cards, and of course the Calidora Gift Card.

Q:  Is it alright to bring my kids with me to my appointments?

A:  For everyone’s safety and comfort, we ask that you do not bring children with you as our procedures require the full attention of both client and staff.

Q:  My best friend and I share everything.  How can I share the Calidora experience with her?

A:  Why not give your friend a Calidora Gift Card?  They can be purchased in our clinics or on our website for any amount.  Our Gift Cards never expire and they can be used at any clinic so they make a fantastic present.

Q:  Is it safe to use my cell phone around the medical equipment at your clinics?

A:  While it is safe to use cell phones near our equipment, to ensure a pleasant experience for all we ask that you do not use your cell phone or pager in our clinics.  A courtesy telephone is available for you to use in our reception area.
